The Colorado Uniform Debt-Management Services Act requires that each of a debt-management services provider’s counselors and debt specialists is certified, within twelve months of initial employment, by a training program or organization approved by the Administrator. § 12-14.5-206(9), C.R.S. Approved organizations are listed below. This approval list may be updated periodically.
