This unit provides advisory legal counsel to the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and its commissioners in electric, gas, telecommunications, water, and motor carrier (taxi, limousine, shuttle, towing, household good) matters. In addition, this unit defends the PUC in state and federal court judicial review actions as well as appears before federal agencies.
