With foreclosure and mortgage scams at an all-time high in Colorado, Attorney General John Suthers will join law enforcement, public trustees, district attorneys, and county clerk and recorders in announcing an effort to crack down on this increasingly prevalent consumer fraud.
The Attorney General will also comment on President Bush’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge John G. Roberts, Jr.
