Attorney General John Suthers will testify in support of SB 06-22, a bill drafted by the Governor’s Task Force on Sexually Violent Predators and sponsored by Sen. Kester (R-Pueblo) and Rep. Josh Penry (R-Grand Junction), which addresses deficiencies in the identification and notification of sexually violent predators. Attorney General Suthers chaired the Governor’s Task Force on Sexually Violent Predators.
