Attorney General John Suthers will join Gov. Owens as he signs HB-1011, a bill drafted by Suthers’ office and sponsored by Sen. Paula Sandoval (D-Denver) and Rep. Bob McCluskey (R-Larimer), to protect children from online sexual solicitation. This legislation is the cornerstone of the Attorney General's Safe Surfing Initiative, launched in May 2005, to help keep children safe from online predators.
