DENVER — Colorado Attorney General John Suthers announced today that 89 local law enforcement agencies will partner with the Drug Enforcement Administration to hold prescription drug take-back events at 117 locations on Saturday, April 28 at sites across the state.
“Prescription drug abuse is one of the gravest problems facing Colorado today,” Suthers said. “This continued partnership between the Drug Enforcement Administration and law enforcement across the state will help keep these potent drugs off the streets and out of the hands of youth and others to abuse."

DENVER — Colorado Attorney General John Suthers announced today that his office has reached an agreement with Denver-based RMI Associates and its principals, Russell Bryant III and Damon Smith, that bars them from engaging in any operation that offers to help consumers receive restitution or conducts any form of consumer advocacy. The consent decree also requires that RMI Associates, which also did business under the names recovermyinvestment and Daily Deal 360, Inc., pay the state $300,000 in restitution and fines.

DENVER — Colorado Attorney General John Suthers announced today that a Larimer County District Court judge has sentenced Richard Dorr Novaria (DOB: 10/27/1964) to eight years in prison and five years mandatory parole for his role in a securities fraud scheme. The judge also ordered Novaria to pay more than $3.48 million in restitution.
