CLINTON DEE FRALEY RECEIVES MAXIMUM SENTENCE OF 12 YEARS FOR SECURTIES FRAUD

DENVER — The Colorado Attorney General’s Office announced today that Clinton Dee Fraley (D.O.B. 01/05/77) of Englewood received the maximum sentence of 12 years by an Arapahoe County judge for stealing more than $532,000 from four Colorado investors. Fraley was charged in July after an extensive and thorough investigation by the Colorado Division of Securities. He pled guilty to the securities fraud charge. Restitution is still being litigated.

“This is a successful outcome for this white-collar criminal who preyed upon investors to afford his lavish lifestyle. We are still working to secure restitution for his victims,” said Attorney General John Suthers.
