This course is designed for any law enforcement trainer. It provides for easy-to-use methods that will significantly add to the skills and effectiveness of trainers.
This is not an “educational theory” class. Students will use real lesson plans and ideas and apply the provided methods and techniques to enhance the skills, knowledge, and aptitude of those they train.

The course is multimedia, fast-moving, and relevant to the challenges of law enforcement training. Commander J. T. McGraw is the course designer and instructor. He has over three decades of law enforcement experience, including over twenty years as a trainer and over a decade as a training division commander. He has instructed hundreds of law enforcement trainers from dozens of agencies throughout his career.
