Training goals for this course include increasing retention, providing for realistic practice, developing objective assessments, and creating “doing” exercises. Regardless of the topic, these techniques will add to the competencies of personnel.
The course is multimedia, fast-moving, and relevant to the challenges of law enforcement training. Commander J. T. McGraw is the course designer and instructor. He has over three decades of law enforcement experience, including over twenty years as a trainer and over a decade as a training division commander. He has instructed hundreds of law enforcement trainers from dozens of agencies throughout his career.
